Quick update!
My name is Callum Mansfield and I am the director of Velocity Dance Company. It is a passion of mine to see the dance industry in Brisbane grow, but to see that, we need to embrace the talent we have here.
One of the best ways you can support the dance industry in Brisbane is to connect to Brisbane based dance companies like Expressions Dance Company, Red Hot Rhythm and us - Velocity Dance!
The weekend just gone, we celebrated Brisbane talent through a showcase of dance called DANCE DESIGN. The show sold-out over the three nights of performances and we had an absolute blast.

CREATIVELY GENERATED!
This month, the Velocity Dance Crew were flat out rehearsing and performing for the school spectacular, CREATIVE GENERATIONS.
Not to worry if you missed out on seeing the performance - because Channel Ten will be airing the production soon.
For those of you that didn't know, the production was in celebration of Q150 with a theme of our people, our places, our stories. Queensland's most acclaimed state schools' performing arts event presented opportunities for more than 3500 state school students through the development of a 100-piece symphony orchestra, a 30-piece stage band, a 2000-voice choir, 1500 dancers and talented featured and backing vocalists.

COME & TRY NIGHT is on MONDAY 13th JULY from 5 - 8pm. Register online and you can turn up whenever you like and stay for as long as you like!
